Parkinson Flat - Cardiff

The Twilight Apartments is situated above a series of small shops on a heavily trafficked street. On the second floor of the building, #23 is a tiny studio flat that Dora calls home. A quaint lounge and bedroom are divided by a half wall from the dinning nook and the impossibly small kitchen that Dora rarely uses. A window off the dining nook leads to a little balcony with a view of tall buildings, enchanted to damper the noise from the street below.
