Eyes: Mer’s eyes are a glossy hazel. Oval shaped and lined with thick dark lashes on top and considerable thinner ones on the bottom. Mostly they remain a sharp green but they can turn to a smooth whiskey color.
Hair: Short/shoulder length icy blonde. She liked up-do's and hair accessories.
Body: Meredith is of average height if not a little on the tall side at 5’8” ½ . She has long shapely legs and slender waist mostly from lack of a proper appetite than exercise. Her ‘assets’ are average and well-proportioned to her body but nothing to be called voluptuous but neither is her figure boyish.
Style: Blair loves her robes, loves having lots of options, and absolutely prefers boots over heels any day. Not really a fashionista but not uncaring either Meredith prefers things that are comfortable yet still appropriate. So she sticks to cottons and wools and of course everything must fit perfectly so it is all tailored to her. Skirts before pants, robes before dresses, and nearly never shorts; those are her main rules and she sticks to them pretty well.
Etc: Meredith has a narrow pointy nose she has learned fits her face and high cheek bones she adores. However her most loved facial feature is her perfectly straight brilliant white smile, which she shows off often. Her lips are perfectly acceptable and baby pink and her eyebrows sit too low, but there is little to be done so she deals.
Personality:
There are not many students apart from Ravenclaws that devote as much time and energy to the pursuit of knowledge as Meredith does. The blonde, from the moment she discovered her father’s hidden treasure, has been obsessed with learning. While she still lived at home most of the year she could often be found in her father’s library, nose buried in a book. Starting Howgarts, being in a constant learning environment did not dampen her thirst for knowledge, if anything it intensified it. Meredith has been top in her house every year since her first year and she intends to graduate Hogwarts in the same fashion she entered it in. Apart from her obsession with the pursuit of knowledge Meredith is generally a reserved sort of girl. Rarely does she get passionate about something not related to her education. But she is not dull, she enjoys music and dancing and a damn good conversation; she was simply raised in vastly different environment than her peers. People often say Meredith is stuck up with her know-it-all sassy mouth and need for strict decorum; even more so when in her fifth year she was made prefect. As if she wasn’t already bossy enough. Due to her reserved nature Meredith has had trouble finding any kind of true friendship and there are only a few she would say were close acquaintances. Obviously she had had a singular upbringing as none of the other people her age seemed much concerned with following the rules long withstanding where interactions between others is concerned.

It has dwindled down over the years and now it barely exist, only including her parents herself, her mother’s mother, and a few distant cousins. At one point it was one of the largest, wealthiest, most powerful pure blood families around. But that soon changed when the pure bloods began in-breeding. It ruined the family tree and made it hard to marry someone who wasn't a cousin. Luckily for her mother and father their parents made sure they married out of their family. Mer is the only child of Araura and Clever Mulciber and one of the last in her blood line. Since she is the only child, naturally she is spoiled beyond words can describe. Her mother doted on her so, taking her everywhere she went and buying her whatever she fancied. Araura adored her young daughter and fussed over her constantly. Only when she had started Hogwarts did Meredith herself request not to be spending so much time with her mother and started going off on her own as early as third year. The small family lived in a large old family home in Hertfordshire, far away from other wizarding families. She was raised to be a perfect little lady, a perfect little pureblood, she was raised to believe she was indeed perfect.

This app was actually made in Meredith’s fifth year so I’m going to do a few updates here:
5th to 6th year: Fifth year she became a prefect, and developed a strong hatred for the mudblood Evans who beat her out in every class and also became a prefect. She spent most of fifth year continuing her quite introverted ways. The summer between these years Meredith entered into a courtship with someone-who-shall-not-be-named. She spent most of fifth year ‘seeing’ this boy, and when he left school that year he asked for her hand. Though the engagement was short lived. His family found fault in the company the Mulcibers keep, and were unsure if they wished to follow the Dark Lord into war as Clever was and had been for many years. This changed Meredith in a major way. She fancied herself in love and when he turned his back on her Meredith gradually turned her back on all the pre-arranged pureblood marriage traditions. Sixth year she became more interested in boys, without thinking of them as future husbands, and opened herself up to dating. Much to her parents chagrin. She continued to expand her mind, love knowledge, and strive for academic greatness.
6th to 7th year: Summer of sixth year Meredith and her parents had a large falling out when she expressed a wish to study beyond Hogwarts instead of marrying immediately and baring children. Her saving grace was her desire to also serve the Dark Lord once graduating. Her seventh year was, in Meredith’s opinion, her prime year. She had truly found herself and her purpose in this year. She was by far more social, less reserved, and exceedingly vocal about her allegiances in the war raging in the wizarding world. She began forming strong bonds with people in her house who she felt would be beneficial to the cause, thus making a few friends. She did not get Head Girl, which only fueled her dislike for all mudbloods especially the one that had been beating her out for years. But she did not let this show, instead she spent most of her final year, besides studying studiously, plotting the demise of certain Gryffindors. She graduated top of the class in Arithmancy and Charms.
After Hogwarts: Meredith is currently studying under Arithmetician Mistress Max. She has moved out of the family home and is quite scandalously staying on her own in the Mulcibers summer home in Bath. Though she spends much of her time in London at her work space, a small one room flat in the wizarding district she has been renting since graduating. She can often be found there at all hours of the night, working out a complex equation or another. Her goal is to work equations and scenarios for the Dark Lord.
