Evan Rosier and Natalia Fawley were not on the best of terms when they married. An arrangement between families, Natalia was not overly fond of the idea of marrying a second-born son, and just as she had predicted, the griffin's share of the Rosier fortune was passed to Evan's older brother when they parents passed. That was not to say that Evan Rosier's new family was left knutless, nor that Evan was unprepared for this event. The handsome man had been working to secure his future and the future of his wife and their sure-to-be-many children, and had built up a small empire by the time his first child was born. The import/export business was very lucrative, particularly when dealing with illegal goods, but required Evan's undivided attention which left little time for his wife and their rowing brood.
Evan Rhys Rosier II was born the first of three children. His sister, the princess, arriving when he was nearly 4, and a little brother coming along another 4 years later. Evan likes to joke that his father is too busy working to f*ck his wife but once every four years, to which his mum would scold him for such foul language (though she never disagreed with his premise) and send him off to play with his mates. Growing up, the Rosier children rarely wanted for anything, and on the few occasions his requests were denied for some reason or another, Evan learned that his best bet was to work himself into a rage until his parents were forced to give in. Violence, or sometimes even just the threat of violence, was - and still is - a very effective tool in Evan's belt.
His mother and siblings found some respite from his aggression when Evan left for Hogwarts. Promptly sorted into Slytherin before the hat had barely brushed his golden brown curls, Evan quickly made friends and even more enemies. A naturally gifted student, Evan spent hardly any time studying, and when certain urges began to develop he found entertainment in distracting his classmates from their own studies with snogging sessions by the lake. No witch or wizard could resist his charms, or so he liked to believe, but he found aggression to be much less effective on persons who were brave enough to stick to their convictions, unlike his dear mother. It was at Hogwarts where Evan developed another effective trait; charm. Evan figured if he couldn't sweet talk his way into whatever he fancied, then he could use his fists or wand - he was skilled with both - and if all else failed his influence as one of the more popular pureblooded boys in the school could at least do some damage to his victim's reputation. He could never be certain whether his friends were loyal out of fear or admiration, but he was fine with either, and hoped for both.
Following his graduation from Hogwarts, Evan has been working alongside his father at Rosier, Inc, learning the ropes to one day inherit the company along with the family's amassed wealth. Evan's official title is Chief Operating Officer, though it's little more than a title and paycheck at this point. Evan's assistants handle the day to day operations, while the younger man spends his time drinking and enjoying a life of leisure on the back of his father's hard work. That's not to say Evan doesn't take pride in his work, it just isn't his father's company that brings about his enthusiastic passion. In addition to being brought into the family business, Evan's graduation marked his official induction into You-Know-Who's ranks. He is still working to prove himself worthy of rising in the Death Eaters' ranks, but unlike importing and exporting, the slaughter of muggle and muggleborn bastards is something Evan is entirely intrigued by.

Evan Rosier II is a complete arse, and rather proud of it. He is a pureblood elitist, a marked Death Eater, and generally cares very little about most people or things. He's a bit of a wild card, unpredictable, and not scared to rock the boat. He doesn't have the boundaries most people would have when going about their daily lives. He has a cruel sense of humor, and will laugh at those he considers less than him (anyone not of pure blood) and will make fun of others in the harshest ways he can think of, offering no apologies for his behavior. Why should he care what Mudbloods think of him, he's destined for great things and they are simply a waste of space?
It goes without saying Evan doesn't like just anybody, and he's choosy about what circles he mixes in. That being said, with the people he is actually friends with, Evan is the life of the party; fun-loving, witty, adventurous, and always up for a laugh. He makes a great friend to those who fit the bill. He doesn't really get close to people, not in any intense way. He has confidants, who he will talk to about sensitive issues, and go to for advice, but when it comes down to it, if there was trouble, he would throw any one of his friends under the Knight Bus to save himself.
