- 1. Leader: The Leader is responsible for overseeing the Order of the Phoenix. The Leader communicates with Commanding Officers daily, has the final vote on who is accepted as a Sapper, and can offer higher ranks at his discretion. The Leader is responsible for finding headquarters weekly and communicating this location to the Order. The Leader is on call seven days a week, and must be accessible to assist team members at any point in time. The Leader finds leads for missions, and discusses which Captain/Logistician team it should be assigned to with the CO's. The Leader ensures that the CO's are running their teams well.
- 2. Commanding Officer: Commanding Officers are responsible for overseeing a full team. Commanding Officers work closely under the Leader and ensure that the team's Captains and Logisticians are communicating and collaborating to their full potential. CO's assist with the Sapper selection process. CO's are on call seven days a week, and must be accessible to assist team members at any point in time via an in-person call, a floo call, a patronus alert, or a letter notice.
- 3. Logistician: Logisticians are responsible of planning missions, supervising and delegating to their team of Sappers, and spending one day weekly collaborating with one of the team's Captain. Logisticians work closely under their team's Commanding Officer. Logisticians will be on call six days a week and have one day off, unless otherwise specified by a member of a higher rank.
- 3. Captain: Captains are responsible for directing the implementation of missions. Captains work closely with their full team, and collaborate with one team Logistician one day a week. Captains are in charge of the team's Agents in while in the field, and is responsible for hospitalizing Agents as needed. Captains will be on call/duty six days a week, and off one day a week, unless otherwise specified by a member of a higher rank.
- 4. Agent: Agents are responsible for the implementation of missions. Agents work under their Captain, and will work with team members to carry out plans made by their team Logistician. Agents will be on call/duty five days a week, and off two days a week.
- 5. Sapper: Every new Order member must start as a Sapper and work his or her way up through the ranks. The Leader has the discretion to expedite this process. Sappers are under supervision and direction of a Logistician, and are responsible for mainly desk work at headquarters, performing other duties as assigned. Sappers will work 9-5, Monday-Friday.
