Back Story: While the Nott family could be considered a well-known pureblood family, there was some speculation as to if Alexander and Eunice Nott were, well, really related. They never spoke to the rest of the family and instead kept to themselves, spending their time between their jobs and taking care of Pandora. While the rest of the Nott family was displeased with the whole idea of a Muggle, many of her friends growing up were Muggles. In fact, until she turned 11 her parents let her attend a Muggle school. While she didn’t believe a good portion of their schooling, (mainly history), she was quite disappointed when her letter to Hogwarts arrived.
Her parents were pleased, and spent a good deal of money on more books than Pandora actually needed for her first year at school. After her first year, her father and mother stopped buying so many, especially when Pandora expressed a love for the school library.
The only trouble Pandora really ever caused was at the school when she was away from her parents. She was known to get into a bit of trouble when she would attempt to make her own spells. The whole idea of having a spell that she could call her own was fascinating, and she was determined to create her own spell to be used by wizards and witches throughout the world before she died. To this day she stills pours over books in the library on occasion, scrawling down notes in attempts to find a spell she could claim as her own.
Now in her 7th year, Pandora is starting to care a little less about making her own spell and little more about making her way in life, and mostly catching the eye of a particular boy in her class.

Style/Other characteristics: Pandora was always simple, jumpers and skirts. A pair of flats, nothing too complex. In fact, the only makeup she wore for a long time was eyeliner with a bit of gloss, and mostly because her mother insisted. It was close to the end of her 6th year when that began to change. While jumpers and skirts were still a favorite, she started wearing more makeup and dressing more feminine. Mostly due to the fact she was crushing hard on a boy and she figured the best way to be noticed was to do the same things all the other girls did.
However, at heart, Pandora is still very simple. She prefers her hair in a pony tail and no makeup, and will spend plenty of time doing just that.

Pandora isn’t shy, although when you first meet her she may seem timid and unwilling to socialize. She prefers quiet spaces like the library, and can be quite sassy if someone interrupts the peace and quiet of the spot. Very slow to open up, she can be a chatterbox once she gets to know someone. If you want to talk about school, she’ll talk all day. When it comes to other topics, such as boys and makeup, she’ll listen but she’s not really too interested in the gossip. Books and spells are her passion, learning is fun to her. While she’ll attend a Qudditch game, she really couldn’t care who wins. It’s just a silly sport. However, don’t take her small frame and timid gazes lightly. She has a quick temper and can be full of sass if she doesn’t like the situation, or the person, she is around. And she isn’t one to apologize first if you have done something to make her upset, even if she did technically over react about the situation.
Pandora likes to keep a close group of friends, but if she has to she’ll talk to anyone who interested in a conversation. Especially if they have a good story to tell. Pandora could spend all day listening to stories, and has missed class a few times to chat with the ghosts of the school and hear about their life. While she mostly has her head on her shoulders, sometimes she spaces out and goes off into her own little world.
Most people would describe her as a sweet girl, but nothing special. And Pandora is fine with that. She doesn't want to be the center of attention, and instead would rather push her friends to the front line and let them shine.
