Dear Petunia, It is my wish that this letter finds you well and that you will respond to this one, as you have ignored all the others, for good reason I'm sure. I hope your summer has been enjoyable and that Vernon is well and in good health and that you still find married life to your liking. I know I certainly do... Petunia, please speak to me. I see that you don't wish to be too close with me but we are sisters and I would like to at least be able to talk to you. I want to know that your life is full and happy and that you are safe. I only want what's best for you and I'm not mad anymore, if that's what your worried about, if that's why you won't answer me, or take my calls. I'm sorry I seemed a little angry in my earlier letters. I understand sympathize with know why you didn't come to our wedding, and you know I would never want to make you uncomfortable, as I know you tend to be around my sort. I was just upset because I love you Petunia and I would have really loved to have had you there. Anyway, please respond. I would like to meet, for lunch maybe, but if you don't want to I could give you a ring, or I would be satisfied still with simply corresponding by letter. Just answer one of them, please. You need only address a letter to me, Lily E. Potter, place it in the box, and it will find me. I will end this letter here, in the hopes that I have not written too much to respond to already. Love, Lily

20 September Lily, I am doing well. Vernon is in good health, although the stress of an owl at our house has not been good to him. Summer was perfectly wonderful, and I do hope that yours was the same. I don't understand why you think that I would come to your wedding, and be surrounded by your type. Mum and Dad informed me of what happened at your wedding, and to think you would have allowed me to be someplace unsafe from people like you. I do love you Lily, but I can’t be expected to be a part of your lifestyle when you’ve surrounded yourself with people like you. I can’t have owls arriving at my house at odd hours, what would the neighbors think? If you would like to arrange a lunch, I would be willing to meet you. Love, Tuney
